Delete Your Account

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

• Log in to your account
• Go to Account settings and scroll to the Danger Zone section
• Enter your password and confirm Delete my account

This takes effect immediately.

Option 2 — Can't log in?

Email info@sonamasuri.com from the address registered on your account (or tell us the registered email) and ask us to delete it. We process these requests within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your login and profile — name, email, phone, company and address details
• Your product listings, daily stock posts, buy requirements and auctions are removed from public search
• You're immediately signed out and can no longer log in

What we keep, and why

Orders, cart history and messages you exchanged with other buyers or sellers are kept on their side of the transaction so their own records stay accurate — deleting your account doesn't rewrite a completed order for the other party. This data is retained only as long as needed for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes; see our Privacy Policy for full retention details.
